A BIT ABOUT ME

Welcome to MJF Swimming Lessons!
My name is Marcus- John Foley, an ASA Windsor based level 2 swimming instructor. I provide swimming lessons at Windsor Leisure Centre on a 1:1 or 1:2 basis.

Whilst at university I regularly competed for the Brighton Panthers swimming squad.

​

As well as being a qualified swimming teacher I also hold the 'National Pool Lifeguard Qualification' I am also a trainer & assessor for upcoming lifeguards.

​

Every lesson will be taught by myself at Windsor Leisure Centre using both the leisure and fitness pool. Lessons will aim to introduce or improve relevant swimming techniques in fun and engaging way. Studying at the University of Brighton to obtain a Coaching degree helps me understand the requirements needed for each individual swimmer.
